The Program

Endline girls club teams are designed to provide a competitive level of play for girls in Junior High and High School. Endline is the only club in the Fremont area to have qualified teams for the GJNC. See below for more information.

Open Gyms

Open gyms are free of charge and are a good way to meet the Endline coaching staff and potential teammates. We encourage anyone interested in playing for one of our club teams to attend all open gym sessions and ask questions. We understand this is a busy time of year and we do our best to help everyone make the best decisions possible in terms of picking a club and/or team.

This year's open gyms are all held at Mission San Jose High School; the schedule is below:

Sunday, October 15 (parent meeting at the start of open gym)
  • 13s and 14s, 3-5pm

  • 15s and Older, 7-9pm

Sunday, October 22 (no parent meeting)
  • 13s and 14s, 3-5pm
  • 15s and Older, 5-7pm

Sunday, October 29 (parent meeting at the start of open gym)
  • 13s and 14s, 3-5pm
  • 15s and Older, 7-9pm

Not sure which age group you belong to? Check out this page on the NCVA website for assistance.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY YOUR AGE GROUP ELIGIBILITY. The club is not responsible if you tryout for the wrong

age group, and we end up not being able to place you on a team.

Tryouts and Season Schedule

All teams will play the NCVA League schedule (January - May). This usually consists of 9 tournaments during this time; the exact schedule varies for each team. The tournaments usually consist of the NCVA league schedule, plus some qualifiers, or local special tournaments.

Most teams will also try to play a tournament in June, either the GJNC or the SCVA Summer Soiree.

  • What is a Qualifier? There are multiple levels of play at GJNC. In order to play in Open, National, or USA, you must earn a bid through any National Qualifier. In order to play in American, you must earn a bid through the region (NCVA, in our case). Teams that do not earn a bid, or do not even participate in any qualifiers, are able to play in the Patriot division.
  • What is the GJNC? The Girls Junior National Championships (GJNC) marks the conclusion of the girls indoor season and is organized by USA Volleyball. Teams from all over the country compete in a four-day tournament, held annually in a different city each year. For 2017, the tournament will be held in Minneapolis, MN.

Timeline of Events

See our annual event timeline to get a summary of when things are happening.

The Commitment

In addition to the tournaments outlined above, all teams will practice twice per week; one weeknight and one weekend, and sometimes a third time per week as the schedule and facilities allow.

The Financial Commitment

The final numbers for each season vary, but a tentative estimate for the cost of the season is $4500 for the Power League teams. This number can move up or down per team, depending on the exact number of players and tournament schedule. This fee covers the non-negotiable items like league and tournament registration, apparel, facility rental, and coaches salaries. It does NOT cover any travel expenses or any NCVA registration fees.

All players will receive two jerseys, three practice tee shirts, jacket, pants, shorts, and backpack.

A limited amount of financial assistance is available. For inquiries, please Email kevin@endlinevolleyball.com.
